  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

For the Filling & Coating

  • 1 ½ small cartons of heavy cream
  • 3 bars of milk chocolate (or 1 large Easter-egg chocolate, size 15)

🔪 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare the Batter

First, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a bowl.
Next, add the milk, heavy cream, and eggs. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth.
Then incorporate the baking powder and mix gently until combined.
Tip: If the batter looks too runny, add a little extra flour until it thickens.

2. Fill the Muffin Molds

Place 10–12 paper liners in a muffin tin.
After that, distribute the batter evenly among the cups using a spoon.

3. Bake

Preheat your oven to high temperature.
Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow them to cool slightly. Then carefully cut each muffin in half without breaking it.

Warm the heavy cream in the microwave for around 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the chocolate into small pieces.
When the cream is hot, pour it over the chocolate.
Finally, mix until smooth and shiny.
