Method
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
- Add milk, heavy cream, and eggs; stir until smooth.
- Add baking powder and mix gently.
- Fill 10–12 muffin cups with batter.
- Bake at high temperature for 30 minutes.
- Let cool and cut each muffin in half.
- Heat cream for 2 minutes.
- Pour over chopped chocolate and stir.
- Fill muffins with ganache.
- Cover muffins with more ganache.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
. Add extra flour if batter becomes too thin.
. Use good-quality chocolate for a smoother ganache.
