Step 1: Preheat and Prepare

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini paper liners.

Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3: Combine Wet Ingredients

  1. In a separate bowl, beat the egg lightly.
  2. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 4: Make the Batter

  1. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
