Is the rift growing wider between Annie Duke and Joan Rivers on The Celebrity Apprentice? We give kudos to Donald Trump for finding another player of the caliber of Piers Morgan in Annie Duke. The lady is the ultimate competitor. While Duke’s accomplishment this week in winning $245,000 for her favorite charity Refugees International is exceptional and worthwhile, it is Joan Rivers who deserves special mention for her caustic tongue. Said Joan Rivers to Lady Duke:
“You’re a despicable human being. You’re a perfect poker player. You’d spit on the ground and drown your own mother in it.”
Ouch!. That must have hurt but it is also poetic. Let us also add that we expect Lady Duke to serve Joan Rivers in meat sauce prepared ingeniously for Melissa Rivers, thereby sealing Duke’s revenge.

Sometimes it’s annoying that Joan/Melissa stick up for each other so much…I mean, great for their relationship, but sometimes it messes up the balance.
Other times though, it adds a new layer to the board room. I guess I’m torn here as well. Putting them on different teams was definitely a good idea though.
